Forus is hiring a Talent Strategy Lead to work directly with the CEO on identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional people. The role develops talent-market intelligence, targeted recruiting strategies, candidate assessment approaches, talent branding, and repeatable playbooks, while personally driving high-impact searches. It is a demanding, autonomous generalist or strategist role requiring strong judgment, communication, analytical ability, creativity, and a track record of high-quality work in a talent-dense environment; prior recruiting experience is not required.
