GR8_TECH is hiring a Talent Systems Analyst to bridge Talent Department business needs with HRIS, ATS, LMS, BI, analytics, and workflow automation tools. The role focuses on business and systems analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration standards, data architecture, automation/integration oversight, and talent analytics support, with end-to-end ownership of system rollouts and coordination with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. It is a remote-first, individual contributor position requiring 5+ years of experience in HR/Talent tech or similar enterprise systems, strong analytical and SQL skills, and proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian.
