The Talent Technology Experienced Professional collaborates with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to enhance talent acquisition and recruiting operations by developing and implementing efficient tools and processes. This role involves leveraging deep knowledge of the talent technology ecosystem, particularly Workday Recruiting, to research, develop, and recommend robust solutions. Responsibilities include special projects, solution assessment and validation, gathering and analyzing requirements, system integration monitoring and troubleshooting, and training and leadership.
