Description

The Talent Technology Experienced Professional collaborates with HR, Talent Management, Performance, and business stakeholders to enhance Workday Performance Management processes. This role involves leveraging deep knowledge of the talent technology ecosystem and Workday HCM to research, develop, configure, and recommend solutions aligned with organizational strategic goals. It also includes administering, governing, testing, optimizing Workday Performance Management solutions, and training team members.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Workday Performance Reviews, Goal Management, Feedback, performance templates, questionnaires, and related talent processes.
Experience supporting Workday Performance Management, Talent Management, or Core HCM solutions.
Experience supporting performance cycles, goal and feedback processes, testing, configuration, production deployments, and stakeholder management.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and provide oversight for Performance Management technology initiatives.
