The role includes setting up automation systems, loading blanks, performing machine maintenance and troubleshooting, monitoring press quality, using Siemens HMI screens for diagnostics, and executing automatic die changes. Candidates need mechanical aptitude, press-machine experience, stamping experience, and an associate degree in a relevant engineering or mechatronics field.
