The role involves brokering spot business, building relationships with shipowners, charterers, operators and other market participants, identifying cargo and tonnage opportunities, monitoring market developments, preparing commercial analyses, supporting negotiations and charter party reviews, and providing market insights. Candidates should have experience in shipbroking, tanker chartering or a comparable commercial shipping role, knowledge of tanker spot chartering, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and fluent English.
