Description
Amazon is hiring a Driver Trainer to coordinate and deliver training for Transportation Associate Program (TAP) and In House Shunting (IHS) drivers across the UK. The role covers initial training, refreshers, practical and classroom sessions, yard-based training, vehicle charging and basic maintenance, coaching, stakeholder coordination, safety and quality audits, and training-record maintenance. Candidates need MS Office experience, advanced English, a valid C+E license and Driver Qualification Card, commercial HGV driving experience, and presentation experience; driver-trainer experience and UK training-pathway knowledge are preferred. The position is based in a regional cluster with travel to other UK regions.
