Description
The Tapestry Analyst serves as the primary build expert for configuring, building, installing, documenting, testing, and supporting the Tapestry application. The role includes analyzing operational specifications, preparing enhancement specifications, evaluating new releases, developing user training aids, training end users, troubleshooting during training and stabilization, and assisting with project management and presentations. A bachelor's degree is preferred, Epic Tapestry certification is required, and the role requires project management, workflow analysis, IT systems experience, leadership, customer service, and consensus-building skills.
