Target Security Specialist at Target

Target is hiring a Security Specialist to support sales, maintain a safe and secure store environment, respond to and document security incidents, conduct merchandise recoveries, perform receipt checks, use video surveillance, train team members, and execute shortage-prevention plans. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, legal licensure where applicable, customer service, communication, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. The starting hourly rate is $18.75 USD.
