EHTC is hiring an Advisory Services – Transaction Advisory/Valuation Intern to support mid-market, family-owned, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, healthcare, and individual clients. The intern will perform gift and estate tax and financial reporting valuations, develop financial models, conduct financial and tax due diligence, and support client service and engagement delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics, basic accounting and finance knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably prior accounting or finance internship experience.
