Landing is hiring a Task Force Manager to deploy across United States markets and operate a market as the sole manager when the General Manager is on leave. The role owns member experience, property relationships, maintenance coordination, unit quality, KPI reporting, new-home installation, VIP bookings, and handoffs, with 80% travel and availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates need at least two years of hotel, short-term rental, or high-volume hospitality experience, strong autonomy and organizational skills, and the ability to triage under pressure. Denver-based candidates are preferred, and the position offers a $75,000 base salary plus stock options and comprehensive benefits.
