Description
The Task Force Manager is a full-time, rotating hotel leadership role reporting to the VP of Operations. The position provides operational support, stability, and strategic execution across a portfolio of hotels, including acting as General Manager during transitions, leading projects and business initiatives, supporting openings and renovations, coaching department leaders, and ensuring brand and compliance standards. The role requires flexibility to work any day or shift, travel between assigned properties, and quickly adapt to varying hotel needs.
