Pherson is hiring a full-time Task Lead / Senior Instructional Systems Designer to lead and oversee a team of instructional designers, manage concurrent training projects, control quality and delivery, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and support training program development. The role is fully remote with a client site in Arlington, Virginia, requires an active PMP certification, at least 15 years of professional experience, and the ability to obtain DHS Suitability. The salary range is $120,000–$135,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
