C3EL is seeking a Task Manager / Contract Manager to lead a contract team and coordinate day-to-day performance across the CONUS, Pacific, and Europe regions. The role provides leadership, contract oversight, customer coordination, staffing oversight, risk and issue management, reporting, and support for contract modifications and subcontractor coordination. It requires U.S. citizenship, a Secret or higher clearance, and experience managing technical teams, projects, or service-delivery activities in a federal or DoD contracting environment.
