Mondelēz International is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern for a 12-month full-time internship at its Philadelphia Plant in Hospital de Órbigo, León. The intern will join continuous improvement teams, apply Lean Six Sigma and Integrated Lean Six Sigma methodologies, analyze plant processes and KPIs, propose corrective actions, support implementation of improvement ideas, and train plant personnel. The role requires an engineering degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, high-level English, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills; previous production or continuous improvement experience is valued but not essential. The internship is fixed-term and requires a collaboration agreement through FGULEM, with no relocation support.
