The Tasting Room Supervisor leads front-of-house operations in a wine tasting room, supervising associates during assigned shifts, supporting onboarding and training, coaching staff, maintaining service and safety standards, handling guest concerns, promoting wine sales and wine club memberships, and assisting with inventory, cash handling, and POS troubleshooting.
