Description
The Bartender (Barman) prepares and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to guests and beverage servers, processes transactions through the company's point-of-sale system, manages cash variances, and keeps the bar fully stocked. The role requires a minimum age of 21, effective communication, the ability to obtain required work cards and gaming registration, knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, liqueurs, and after-dinner drinks, cash-handling experience, and familiarity with alcohol classes, drink recipes, garnishes, and liquor guns.
