The role covers tax planning, transaction structuring, due diligence, reorganizations, risk analysis, client relationship management, project oversight, and mentoring tax professionals. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, an active CPA license, at least five years of relevant experience, supervisory experience, strong tax knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
