Description

Apercen Partners LLC is seeking students for an eight-week Tax Associate internship supporting ultra-high-net-worth individual and business clients. The intern will prepare and review various tax returns, work papers, extensions, estimates, and tax advice; research tax issues; interface with tax agencies; assist with complex tax consulting solutions; complete engagement tasks under senior oversight; and protect client confidentiality. Applicants must be pursuing an accounting-focused bachelor's or master's degree and be on track to satisfy CPA education requirements by December 2029. The role pays $36–$38 per hour in applicable localities and includes medical, vision, dental, retirement, life insurance, disability, and paid time off benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or an accounting-concentrated Business Administration/Economics program, or a master's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
Required Previous Experiences: Student status; no prior professional experience explicitly required.
Expected graduation by December 2029 with the required CPA education, accounting, and ethics units.
