Baker Tilly is seeking a Tax Director to join their NorCal Corporate Tax team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing corporate tax compliance and consulting services to middle-market clients, managing client engagements, and developing team members. This role involves working closely with firm leadership, contributing to business growth, and offering mentorship to junior staff.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 12 years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm.
5 years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills.
