This public-accounting practice-management role is responsible for expanding existing-client revenue, developing short- and long-term business plans, meeting billing and charge-hour objectives, serving as a trusted client advisor, managing staff, and supporting technical and operational leadership. The role requires a bachelor's degree, eight years of public-accounting or related experience, six years of supervisory experience, an active CPA or equivalent certification, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
