Description
Saltmarsh is hiring a Tax Director for its Orlando office to lead business and individual tax advisory and compliance engagements, including 1120, 1120S, and 1065 matters. The role reviews and mentors staff, manages client relationships, conducts tax research, resolves complex tax issues, supports strategy and budgeting, and pursues new business. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a CPA, 5–10 years of tax preparation and review experience, strong individual taxation and advisory experience, and proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax and Microsoft Office.
