Description
Intuit is hiring a virtual Tax Expert to provide Canadian personal tax guidance and preparation support through TurboTax. The role includes reviewing and preparing customer tax returns, handling complex tax situations and product inquiries, researching tax resources, communicating with customers by video and audio, troubleshooting basic software issues, and documenting interactions. It requires at least two years of paid professional tax preparation experience, CRA Represent a Client access via a CRA RepID, professional tax software experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and availability for at least 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule. Business T2 and Quebec TP1 preparation experience are assets.
