The role involves handling complex tax advisory and litigation matters, supporting clients during tax audits and discussions with tax authorities, representing them before courts when needed, designing national and international tax structures, and working on matters involving tax criminal law, AML compliance, and crypto-assets. The lawyer will collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s offices in multidisciplinary cases. The profile requires experience in taxation, interest in complex technical tax matters, French as a native language, and analytical, precise, team-oriented working habits; tax litigation experience is advantageous.
