This role involves delivering tax and business advisory services to middle-market clients, overseeing tax accounting and bookkeeping, reviewing financial statements, and building client relationships. The manager will also mentor junior staff and contribute to the firm's growth.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree and CPA, EA or JD certification.
Required Previous Experiences: Five or more years of experience.
At least two years of supervisory experience, mentoring, and counseling associate.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and supervise teams, deliver excellent client service, commit to continuous learning, possess ethical knowledge, and maintain a focus on quality and timeliness.
Advanced proficiency in software and Microsoft Office suite.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Experience with small business clients.
