Description
The role manages client engagements and staff, including financial statements, tax returns, work papers, technical and strategic reviews, budgets, billing, realization, and on-time delivery. It also develops and retains client relationships, participates in new-business and cross-sell activities, and supervises, trains, and mentors staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, five years of public accounting or related experience, three years of supervisory experience, an active CPA or equivalent certification, client-engagement management ability, strong communication skills, travel availability, and technology proficiency; a master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field is preferred.
