The role directs tax seniors, semi-seniors, associates, and staff accountants; manages assignments and budgets; interacts with clients on tax matters; conducts tax research; identifies risk-management issues; and leads projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, a CPA license, at least five years of progressive tax preparation, review, and supervisory experience, and proficiency with tax software and corporate, international, federal, state, and local tax matters. Compensation for candidates in the New Jersey market is $110,000–$160,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
