The role leads and reviews complex tax returns, ensures compliance, provides tax planning and consulting, conducts tax research, manages client relationships, and mentors junior tax staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA or EA certification, and 5–7 years of progressive tax experience including supervisory experience.
