Mission Wealth is hiring a full-time Tax Manager to review and prepare income, trust, and gift tax returns; implement tax strategies for high-net-worth clients; manage tax consulting projects; support client relationships and retention; and mentor tax associates. The role requires a CPA, at least eight years of tax accounting experience, prior tax-return preparation experience, client-facing tax consulting experience, strong research and compliance software skills, and advanced trust-taxation knowledge. The position is based in Santa Barbara, Scottsdale, or Houston and offers a $150,000 base salary plus a $50,000 annual bonus, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
