PT&C Group LLC is seeking a Tax Manager to join their Platform Accounting Group. The role involves managing tax reviews, client advisory, and leading client engagements. This position requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and management skills. The manager will mentor staff, manage workflows, prepare various tax returns, and advise clients on tax-related matters. The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in tax preparation, a Bachelor's degree in accounting, and CPA/EAs certification.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returns
Prior team management experience a major plus
Preferred Qualifications: strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and management

Work with Tax Director to develop and implement the firm's retention, growth, and operational strategies
