Description
The Tax Manager prepares, reviews, and coordinates federal, state, multi-state, and franchise tax returns and compliance activities for real estate partnerships, corporations, and individual investors. The role provides technical tax guidance on partnership taxation, tax planning, complex real estate transactions, audits, and investor reporting; coordinates with external advisors and taxing authorities; develops compliance processes; and mentors junior tax accountants. It requires 6–10 years of progressive tax experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and strong expertise in partnership taxation and tax preparation software.
