UiPath is hiring a Tax Manager to lead U.S. federal, state, local, and international corporate income tax compliance, planning, controversy, audits, and strategic tax support for a multinational public company. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, HR, business leaders, and external advisors while managing tax processes, internal controls, SOX testing, and technology-enabled improvements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or a related field and 5 to 7 years of progressive corporate income tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporation.
