The Tax Manager oversees client tax engagements, tax planning strategies, tax returns, compliance, deadlines, and quality control while supervising and mentoring tax staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 5–8 years of relevant experience, a CPA or Enrolled Agent license, professional-service experience, and familiarity with specified tax software.
