Description
The Tax Manager – Affordable Housing will serve as a tax expert for a diverse client base, handling complex technical questions, tax return reviews, research, projections, project management, and client communication. The role also supervises and mentors staff, senior accountants, and supervisors; monitors work against budgets; prepares bills; keeps partners informed; identifies additional services; and implements tax developments. Requirements include a bachelor's or advanced degree in accounting or CPA certification, at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience, AICPA and NCACPA membership where applicable, tax software proficiency, strong organizational skills, initiative, creativity, problem-solving ability, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.
