Grassi is hiring a Tax Senior to run client tax engagements from planning through completion, supervise and mentor associates and interns, review and prepare complex individual, trust, partnership, corporate, and foreign tax returns, research tax matters, respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries, recommend tax strategies, and identify tax savings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least two years of progressive tax return preparation and compliance experience, a CPA license or ongoing CPA pursuit, and proficiency with tax software and US GAAP. It is available in Chelmsford and Needham, Massachusetts, with compensation of $70,000–$100,000 in the Massachusetts market and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
