Description
The role supervises accounting, tax, and audit engagements for clients, including status updates, quality control, budgeting, charge-hour goals, team-member review, mentoring, billing support, and practice development. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of public accounting or related experience, and the ability to manage deadlines, communicate effectively, use applicable technology, and travel as needed. Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing or tax standards, accounting software, organization, and supervisory experience are preferred.
