The role supervises accounting, tax, and audit engagements for clients, including engagement planning, budgeting, quality control, billing support, and review of team members’ work. It also involves mentoring staff, developing industry expertise, participating in practice development, and performing administrative duties. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of public accounting or related experience, and the ability to manage deadlines, communicate effectively, use applicable technology, and travel as needed.
