Acorn Insurance is hiring a Renewals Agent in Formby to handle inbound and outbound calls, review renewal invites, check policy data, update client records, renew and auto-renew motor policies, sell added-value products, and respond to customer renewal queries. The role requires sales and customer service skills, strong administration and computer skills, and at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; insurance experience is preferable but not essential. The position pays £13,289.41 plus up to £2,000 in performance-related bonus per annum and offers hybrid working options.
