THOR Solutions is hiring a Program Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard Intelligence Lifecycle Manager at the USCG C5I Service Center and Headquarters in Washington, DC. The role focuses on lifecycle engineering, acquisition and resource documentation, cost estimates, government-furnished equipment and information coordination, program accountability and risk management reviews, sustainment planning, and modernization and technology-refresh pathways. The position is primarily onsite, requires an existing active or interim TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship, and offers a pay range of $70,000 to $85,000.
