The employer is seeking an experienced Total Construction (TCE) Project Manager to lead large-scale construction sites in Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland in a permanent position. The role covers full project management from design through handover, tendering and subcontractor negotiations, budget and schedule monitoring, quality checks, and coordination with owners, architects, consultants, and construction teams. Candidates need more than five years of TCE project management experience in the Swiss market, proficiency with Messerli or equivalent estimating tools, fluent French and professional English, and strong negotiation and leadership skills; German proficiency is advantageous.
