Description
Micron Technology is hiring a thin-film process development engineer to lead shift-based execution across a fab, manage and develop engineers, coordinate with process, integration, and equipment teams, resolve yield and defect issues, and improve operations using data science and AI-enabled approaches. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience, thin-film process development experience, technical leadership experience, and knowledge of deposition physics, kinetics, or transport phenomena.
