TD Securities is seeking a highly experienced TDS Operations Analyst III to join their Corporate Lending and Trade Finance Operations department. This role involves servicing high-value corporate and institutional clients, ensuring operational accuracy, timely execution, and strong risk management. The analyst will demonstrate advanced knowledge of Corporate Lending and Trade Finance products, processes, and controls, acting as a subject matter expert. Responsibilities include processing transactions, building client relationships, reviewing and authorizing transactions, interpreting legal documents, identifying and resolving risks, supporting complex transactions, conducting research and analysis, leading process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with team members.
