STEAMspark is looking for a Teacher Aide/Montessori Assistant Guide for toddlers aged 16 months to 3 years. The role involves supporting Montessori Lead Guides in creating a peaceful learning environment, implementing Montessori philosophy and curriculum, assisting with lesson delivery, managing classroom procedures, and communicating with leads. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, preferably pursuing an undergraduate degree, and be able to perform tasks such as sitting on the floor and lifting up to 25 pounds.
