Description
The Teacher Assistant will support classroom operations and the Head Start center, assist the teacher with assessments and screenings, ensure no child is left alone, maintain appropriate communication with children, families, staff, and the public, and complete data entry. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CDA, experience working with young children and low-income families, and offers $15.10–$21.13 per hour with employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
