Rebecca School is hiring a Teacher Assistant to partner with teachers and therapists in supporting students ages 3–21 with neurodevelopmental and related disorders. The role involves implementing individualized lessons and therapeutic activities, building students’ communication, social, and functional skills, managing classroom routines, recording progress, and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or college coursework in education, psychology, or a related field, experience working with children or young adults with developmental differences, and strong classroom support, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
