Stevens Treatment Programs is hiring a Teacher Assistant to support youth ages 11–22 in residential treatment and special education services. The role helps students succeed academically while supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth, with a focus on building trust with youth who have experienced trauma. The schedule is Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week, with one Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and remaining weekdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with one weekday ending at 2:00 PM. Pay is $20.00–$21.50 per hour, with additional pay for Spanish fluency and potential merit increase for medication administration responsibilities.
