Triumph is hiring a full-time Teacher Assistant One-on-One to provide one-on-one mental health and disability services and interventions for enrolled children with special needs. The role supports curriculum implementation, Individualized Education and Behavior Plans, behavior management using Conscious Discipline, and the creation of an inclusive environment. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children under five who have complex needs, and the ability to work sensitively with diverse children and implement Conscious Discipline. The position pays $18.92–$24.15 per hour, offers medical, dental, and vision benefits, and runs Monday through Friday for 52 weeks.
