The West Suburban YMCA is hiring a part-time Preschool Teacher Assistant to supervise a group of children in a state-licensed preschool program and provide developmentally appropriate activities. The role includes maintaining safety and cleanliness, following YMCA and Early Education & Care policies, supporting parents and staff, and participating in meetings and training. Candidates need previous experience working with children, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications within 30 days of hire, and EEC training within 30 days of hire; the position pays $15 per hour and offers free membership.
