Grow Early Learning is hiring a seasonal Teacher for its Okeechobee II Center to support children’s school readiness in a safe, culturally and linguistically responsive, developmentally appropriate Head Start classroom. The role involves creating and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, communicating with students and families, maintaining an inclusive learning environment, collaborating with staff, and participating in professional development. Qualifications include a CDA or state equivalency, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, classroom teaching experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop effective lesson plans.
