KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support elementary-aged children during out-of-school time on school grounds. The role involves leading and mentoring less experienced teachers, implementing the KinderCare curriculum, creating a safe learning environment, partnering with parents and center staff, and supporting enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. Required qualifications include customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills; an active Child Development Associate credential or NAEYC candidacy; state licensing qualifications or willingness to obtain them; CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it; the ability to lift at least 40 pounds; and English communication skills. Preferred qualifications include an approved state trainer, 2–3 years of early childhood education experience, and a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
